I am Heather Hixon born on December 8, 1972; in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I have had many life experiences that have allowed me to become who I am today. I was raised by a kindergarten teacher who’s hobbies were very spiritual and metaphysical; and a father who was hard working business man. I inherited my love and appreciation of nature and animals from my father; and my passion for helping others from my mom.
I have learned that I can fix no one but myself, which is a valuable lesson in starting a coaching practice These experiences have made me a stronger wiser person. I have dealt with the loss of my father at 19; ADHD as a child and as an adult; I am a current member of a 12 step program which has greatly supported me in living my best possible life.. I am a certified yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist for work, which I love wholeheartedly.

| I am moving to a NEW location! Starting on June 1, 2008 'Pampering the Organic Way' Our theme is going green. We will offer Yoga Classes, Tai Chi, Journey Dance, Pilates,a nd other body movement workshops. We will also offer Massage therapy, Neuromuscular, Aromatherapy, Hot stone, ashiatsu, and Pre-Natal massage. Skin Care, using organic products, eyelash extentions, & waxing. And the grand opeing of Dena Freeman's 'Pure Boutique' She will carry yoga products such as clothing & props, organic body products, hand made jewelry, art, and much more!
